I got it last month. I was having problems with watching the msn video on lynn spears recently and then my windows media player wasn’t working too well and I got it again. I reset it. This one said updates didn’t install correctly or something. I get that a lot. Everytime. I thought updates helped. I did get a new printer, it works but is that it? Isn’t there something I can do to stop it from happening so much?

Do a system restore it sometimes helps. If that does not work then use a back up
