Ooh… its creepy. This blue screen is on my desktop and it says "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an anitvirus or spyware remover to scan and clean your computer!" Then an ad pops up for a spywear cleaner: "WinIFixer". Yeah… $59.
Okay… so I scanned my computer with Norton and SpyBot S&D. Did both twice, but its still there… what is with this screen? And whats creepier is that after like 5 minuites of no movement on my desktop, a bunch of virtual roaches appear and start to "eat" my desktop icons… whoa.
So… whats going on? What do I do?
This is the latest version of SpyBot S&D, I downloaded it today when the screen came up.

As per my experience the best option is to take a backup of your data, and format.
After reloading your operating system scan the backup data with your anti spyware program / anti virus software and then copy on the harddisk.
Hope this helps.

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:
Reboot the computer to Safe mode (press F8 when windows start).
Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following commands:
cd "%programfiles%\winfixer 2005"
regsvr32 /u strres.dll
regsvr32 /u oedrop.dll
regsvr32 /u mmfix.dll
regsvr32 /u idletrac.dll
regsvr32 /u ftrec.dll
regsvr32 /u fixcore.dll
regsvr32 /u ffwraper.dll
regsvr32 /u ffcom.dll
regsvr32 /u df_proxy.dll
regsvr32 /u df_fixer.dll
regsvr32 /u compcln.dll
cd "%programfiles%\common files\winsoftware\"
regsvr32 /u crxml.dll
regsvr32 /u pcheck.dll
Open the "Program Files" folder, find and delete the folder "winfixer 2005".
Open the "Program Files\common files" folder, find and delete the folder "winsoftware".
Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click OK to open the Registry editor.
Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
In the right pane find and delete any entries point to file "?????.exe", where '?' denotes random letter. (You can also go to our file library to check whether these files in RUN key is valid.)
Reboot the computer.

You have a malware. I guess you can't open your task manager too? Download SmitFraudFix. http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe.
