I have a blue screen appeared on my desktop with a yellow box with "Warning! spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer"
I've tried loading virus software etc. but can't see any icons, task bar etc. on my pc. I've even tried safe mode and still can't see anything?
I've tried ctrl alt delete - task manager has been disabled, etc. Anything and everything I try to do via the keyboard to get to the start menu etc. does not work, it still won't let me see the desktop, task bar, etc.

Try
Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager. If that works, then load explorer.exe that is what allows you to see the taskbar, desktop, and icons.

Try the start tab on your keyboard. If it works, click run and type in msconfig.Go to startup and uncheck everything but your anti-virus and firewall, restart when it asks you.If you still can't see anything, click start on your keyboard again, go to my computer, local disc C and go to program files.Go to the folder that has your anti-spyware in it, there will be an icon there, double click it and run it that way.If you have no anti-spyware, then use your anti-virus.

I have the same problem. You can’t actually do anything past the boot up screen. Once the desktop shows up, you can’t touch a key, you can’t click on anything without the computer freezing and going, for want of a better phrase, brain-dead. All the lights are on, but nothing happens. The processor, fans, everything just go quiet and cease to do anything!!!!
