Bounced email goes to spam folder.?

When some mail I sent to someone bounces the delivery failure report gets into “SPAM” folder and I would like those mails into my Inbox. All these mails have a FROM address as “System Administrator” which I couldn’t add to the contact list or safe sender list. Help appreciated. I use exchange server and outlook express on web to access the mail.
