c000021a, then DLL for kernel?

i have received both of these error messages, and repaired and repaired and repaired, but still continue to get the blue screen or the kernel message. i dont want to lose all of my files, so im thinking if its possible to back up all of my files without getting into windows i should do that…any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
