CA Antivirus and adobe flashplayer?

I need the latest adobe flash player because everything uses that now i cant watch videos listen to music view some photos. But i cant because a while ago i tried to and accidently clicked deny when my CA Antivirus thing popped up asking to allow or deny Adobe flash player to access the internet. I cant figure it out please help!!!
