Spybot
Windows live onecare
registry clear

      The best I've ever used is by Computer Associates. Great antivirus and antispyware. My brother in law is a network specialist, and he swears by it.

      just download onthing avira antivirus and use firefox for browsing the internet this the summary of my 2-3 years experience i have not been infected since 1 year as i started avira antivirus and its free i tried almost all but found this best belive it or not search it on google its site
