if I download registry cleaner free trial and it scans and offers to clean up to 20 of whatever found,.. could I download another to clean 20 more will I pose any hazard to my P.C., also after the cleaning remove the downloaded registry cleaner ?

You could try re-installing and cleaning 20 entries each time, but it’s not going to be very efficient. And yes, you can remove the program after the cleaning.
