just so i want have to scan maually and when i use the internet it protects while im browsing and also has every feature you can think of? antivirus, antispyware, antiphising, firewall, backup, tuneup, runs fast, email protection and things like that.

But my opinion is use firefox(http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) with script-blocker(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722) add-on. It will protect you from script viruses.

You seem to be asking this a lot, why not try some of them and see for yourself; most AV suites have real time protection now days.
But if scans bother you I would recommend Kaspersky, in addition to real-time scanning you can start a scan just before you go to work or bed and set it to turn off your computer, if it finds anything, when you turn it on again it will alert you.
Kaspersky has everything you list except tuneup*(It can also run a little slow on older or slower systems, and if you have one you should choose ESET Smart Security), tuneup features are not included in AV’s for a reason, it makes them “bloatware”, if you want some excellent inexpensive tuneup software then I suggest you get JV16 Power Tools, it has: a registry cleaner, registry defrag(reg. compacter), auto-run editor, history cleaner, Program Remover. http://www.macecraft.com/
