Can I repair a chip on my Windows Vista thin screen? 10 points I need this answer bad!!! Please and thanks.?

Ok I don’t know how it happened, but there is a chip about 2mm by 2mm by 0.1mm on my screen. And the screen is one of those really flat ones that is like 3mm of glass. Its on a laptop. Anyway. I want to make the chip disappear. I hate it. It looks horrid. Any way? I will be eternally greatful and give you 10 points. Please. Dont say “Cleaning fluid”. Explain it please. Oh yeah. Im sorry if this posted twice. Lag.
