Can I restore a recovery point in Norton Ghost 12.0 without a recovery CD?

I want to restore my C: drive to one of a few recovery points I made a while back.

I have a full working copy of Norton Ghost 12.0, but I no longer have the original disk which is normally used to boot to when restoring to a previous state.

Can I create my own disc to boot from?

If not, is there another method?
