can i run vista?

Vista requires 1GB of RAM and a Processor speed of 1GHZ.
(Vista Premium, Business, Ultimate).
For Vista Basic, you need 512MB of RAM and a Processor speed of 1GHZ.
Your RAM and your processor speed is not high enough to be able to run Vista well. It will ‘lag’ and become very ‘choppy’. Also, your graphics card will not be able to render most of the graphic enhancements Vista has sufficiently.

if you have the extra money to buy vista, use it to make your computer worth plugging in.
