Can I uninstall all these multiple versions of Java Runtime Environment on my comp?

I'm looking at Add/Remove Programs and somehow have six different lines for Java Runtime :
J2SE Runtime Environment 4.0, 5.0 update 4, and 5.0 update 6
Java Runtime Environment SEv1.4.2_04, 05 and 06
Do I need all of these or will one do? Which is the most recent?
