Can i uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service pack 2,since i already have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0?

i already have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 on my PC but when i look in my "Add and Remove Program" folder, it still has Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service pack 2 there

i’m just wondering if it’s safe to un-install the the older model since it takes up more space than its successor.
