I have cable internet and we do use a router but the wireless is turned of cause we hard wired it now, the network magic at times goes of and i click on repair and it usually comes back on, but this time it isnt and im just getting sick of network magic now, Should i just uninstall it, would it affect anything with the net, which i dont see it would.
yes im starting to think that may be cause of the network magic not working cause their website is down, if you can get a hold of them to find out on this issue, pls let me know id much appreciate it

uninstall it. I do not know why anyone uses this junk. It does NOTHING that the operating system can not do. all these third party programs interfere with the proper networking system.

Having the same problem as of yesterday - don’t uninstall network magic just yet it can be a useful product. Cisco is a reliable company. The network magic website appears also to be unreachable, and as I suspect the product relies on this the problem could have an external cause. Of course it is difficult to contact their technical support if their website is not reachable. Am attempting to contact cisco directly.
