Listed under Add or Remove Programs I have several Microsoft .NET Frameworks, as follows.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB928366)
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Can I uninstall some of those, mainly all the previous versions and just keep 3.5 SP1, without causing any problems to my computer?

No…some older applications might still be using 1.1 or 2.0. They don't take up much space so I would leave them alone.

ARE YOU CRAZY??! SP2 and SP3 EACH take up 183MB and 179MB on my computer. Space is space and when you don’t have much to spare, YES, it can be essential to want to make room. Especially when my computer says the two programs are rarely used.
