Can i uninstall these?

if i have java 6 update 3 and java 6 update 7 can i uninstall java 6 update 3.. will it affect update 7….

and if i have js2e runtime enviroment 5.0 update 12 update 6 and 9,, can i get rid of the ones before it?

and same with .net framework?
