Can I upgrade Vista Basic to Vista Premium?

I ordered a new computer yesterday and accidentally got Vista Basic instead of Vista Premium, is there a way to upgrade basic to premium without having to pay the full retail? thanks.
I just contacted dell and they informed me the only way is to upgrade from windows itself which is $79.99 when i could have got it from dell when i initially ordered my pc for only $30, at this point im thinking it would be easiest to just pay the 79.99 because of all the shipping charges that would be involved unless dell pays for them(which is highly unlikely)

      No, basically. You’ll have to contact the company you ordered the computer from, and get them to change it.
