Can I use/have installed two antivirus softwares?
Will there be conflicts or can they work together fine?

It is never advisable to use more then one anti virus program. There “will” be conflicts. So just install one. But, you should always run at least two anti spyware programs because one will always pick up some things that the other misses.

You can have two anti-virus programs if one of them is real-time protection and the other is on demand scanning.
However, it is not advisable to do so because it will use up system resources and slow down your PC.
