Kaspersky Internet Security already comes with anti-spyware. So you only need Kaspersky.

two security programs will slow down your system and they may conflict with eachother.

Yes you can use Spyware Doctor with Kaspersky Internet Security on the same computer. What you CAN'T do is to use 2 anti virus programs on the same computer.
Good luck

well you really dont need both
it can actually create a problem
for example
when you run a virus scan with both programs
their going to catch each other because the programs are
going through your stuff
spyware doctor isnt such a great program
use spyware terminator its a lot beter then spyware doctor
google spyware terminator

You can install as many programs as you like. Just insure you run one at a time, to save conflict. So make sure any other software (of a similar nature) is disabled.

You don't need to do anything with Kaspersky as it automatically delete or disinfect any detected malware. What you in 'Detected' are backup copies of the threats. Go to 'Help' then go to the 'Index' tab and then scroll down to 'Scan: action on deleted object' and hit 'Display' and you will see this
'When disinfecting or deleting an object, the application creates a backup copy in case the object needs to be restored, or an opportunity arises later to treat it.'
'If you are working in the automatic mode, the application will automatically apply the action recommended by Kaspersky Lab's experts when a dangerous object is detected. For malware objects this action is Disinfect. Delete if disinfection is not possible, for suspicious objects - Skip.'
You will need to disable the real time protection of Spyware Doctor otherwise it will conflict with Kaspersky. You can have Malwarebytes PRO real time protection alongside Kaspersky. That won't conflict. Personally, I use KIS 2009 and Malwarebytes PRO.
