I was trying to install Kaspersky to my pc but informed to remove ALWIL Avast 4.0 bofore the installation.
In the program file, there was a ALWIL folder in which a AVAST folder exists. There was no program in there and these folders were all empty. I deleted the empty ALWIL folder and of course the AVAST folder was deleted by the way. I just can't find the real program that I can uninstall even from ALL PROGRAMS and PROGRAMS AND FEATHERS. Maybe it does not exist at all but deemed existing by my PC.
I can not install it (Kaspersky) before my PC think that I have unintalled the Avast.
This is thorny. please help me.
