It is really driving me mad! Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to completely remove this program, ad it will not let me in the control panel Add/remove thing. It gives me some kind of error, please help me!

D/L and install CCleaner..it has a utility built into it for uninstalling programs…it works better than Add/Remove Programs utility that windows gives you.
