Okay. I dont know how this started but i think i deleted something, and i tried restoring my computer but that didnt work. I even re-installed windows.
Im not even sure if im missing a driver. Now this isnt user.dll this is shell32. This is the message i keep recieveing whenever i try to download something:
"The system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
Now i dont have windows vista, its either windows 98 or windows XP its one of those and. I wanna be able to download games again, and its not my hardrive or graphics card. i have a Dell inspiron E1505 and ive played games on it before.
SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Reinstall or repair the file system with an install disc. Otherwise your up the creek.
