Cannot add/remove as uninstall already working?

From Add/Remove programs, I get a message that uninstall is already working - quit it and try again. I have tried other uninstall programs and get the same result. I can not find any uninstall process to kill it. I have tried Windows Task Manager, Myuninstall, Revo, services.msc and cannot find any instance of uninstall. Same message in Safe Mode. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you have deleted the uninstall file? if this is the case you may need to reinstall the program to fully uninstall it. The only other thing i can think of is you may have a virus stopping you from unistalling programs
