you have a registry problem - did you select 'registry' and run when using ccleaner ?
If you cannot uninstall from your control panel try this:-
> Start > computer > c drive - open program files - open yahoo file - messenger file > UNWISE to uninstall messenger 9 completely. DO NOT just delete yahoo file as this can cause problems with other Yahoo programs.
