No,no, no!!!
You should never, ever run two anti-virus programs at the same time.
Often, the processes involved in searching for viruses will be identified AS a virus by a different antivirus app, and the two softwares can actually damage and deactivate each other.
Needless to say, this is a BAD idea.
It IS OK to run an antivirus application and an antispyware application such as Super Antispyware or Spybot Search & Destroy.
But never run two antiviruses on the same PC.

NO!!! You should only run One anti virus, but you can run 2 anti spywares.
