Can’t download Comcast Toolbar…?

When I try to download the Comcast Toolbar from comcast.net, it never works, even though I am a comcast hi-speed internet customer. Why do you think it’s not working, and how can I get it to download succesfully?

Btw, it does download, kinda, but it never shows up under my address bar. I use Internet explorer 7.0.
