i was trying to transfer files from one mac to another using migration assistant and kept getting an error message. i finally located the file that is causing the error. it is in adobe illustrator and is called tieng viet.html. i can put it into trash but when i empty trash it is still there. is there a way to force it out? it's so frustrating, i can't rename the file or do anything, i have tried unlocking the file and other things but i just keep getting different error messages! please help!

Don't know whether that'll help.

Go to the file in Finder> select it and delete it. If you are having problems deleting it from the Trash, hold down the Option button when you empty the Trash and it will be deleted.
I had a similar issue myself a while back.
