Cant get rid of this program!!! (Vista User)?

I have a program stuck on my computer, AresDestiny, im using vista and it keeps saying i dont have permission. Which doesnt make any sense because im using the only account on here which would be the administrator. I uninstalled it via add/remove programs, but it didnt get rid of it, and when i tried to delete the program, it gave me the stupid messsage saying i dont have permission, what do I do?
