i believe that has more to do with your e-mail server than your security system. I switched servers and my nattatchments were allowed. also some have a button for example that allows cookies , I think on yahoo you click on the paper clip icon

Turn off all programs, sign out, and turn off your computer. Sometimes just doing this solves problems. Then, turn it back on, open the Control Panel, go to add/delete programs, and be sure all parts of Norton Anti-Virus has been uninstalled. It’s possible that some part of the program stayed behind when you deleted it and that’s what’s looking to check the mail.
If this doesn’t work, you might have to contact Symantec.
