We have Norton 360 to protect our computer. Everytime i'm on the internet the thing at the top of my screen is red and says: browsing not safe. auto-prtoect is disabled (translated from dutch, so i dunno if thats what it rlly says in english). I go to the main program. I click enable the auto-protect, but nothing happens. Thanks.

Norton 360 is a flawed product make sure you get it fully patched. See details in my source.

Hi Alex,
This is Mike from the Norton authorized Support Team responding to your question. The first action you should take is to manually run LiveUpdate to make sure that you have the latest program and definition files applied. To manually run LiveUpdate, launch Norton 360 and then click on "Run LiveUpdate" in the left side of the window. After LiveUpdate has completed downloading and installing updates, please check the Auto-Protect settings and make sure that it is enabled.
If Auto-Protect is still disabled, please click on the link below (using internet Explorer 5.5 or higher only) and follow the instructions to run "Auto-Protect Fix Tool."
