can’t uninstall avg8.5 anti-virus TT?

hey. i tried many times but i cant uninstall avg8.5. keeps says uninstall failed and this is what is says. can someone help me uninstall it?

i tried to install that but when i double click on it, click on run and then it says it is not a valid Win32 application. TT
