Here's my problem. I did a system restore to try to fix a problem with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007, but it didn't work. Instead, it made things worse by not even allowing me to get onto Microsoft Word. So I tried reinstalling it, but mid-way it stops, saying that an error in setup occured. Then I went to add/remove progrms and try to uninstall it from there, but whenever I click "Change" and "Add/remove" an hourglass pops up.
However, nothing pops up after the hourglass disappears, not allowing me to change or remove the program. I would like to know how to remove the program without doing a system recovery on my computer and not wipe everything else in the process.
