cant watch online video….it says ntdll.dll error?

i can watch video on youtube (buffers a lot tho), but when i go to watch 'prize is right' video here: http://www.cbs.com/daytime/the_price_is_right/video/

it says ntdll.dll error and internet closes…….anyone know whats wrong and how to fix this error?
