Whenever i try scanning a file kaspersky appears and stop at 99% than it will stay like that for 15 minutes or more even though file that is scanning may contain less space.

When its scanned on my pc,its haved 57 events(Vulnerability) n the criticality said Very dangerous!!
So,i dont know how to remove all of it..

whenever kaspersky is on none of my programs can connect to the internet except kasperskeys update feature.

Whenever I run Kaspersky 2009 and open a web browser, my computer crashes (shut down) and it let's me choose to "Start Windows Normally."
But when I exit Kaspersky, I can browse the web without crashing.

I was using AVG antivirus. I just downloaded kaspersky 8.0.506.before starting installing kaspersky, i uninstalled AVG then restarted my PC. When i started installing kaspersky, it said "some incompatible software is installed on your computer" and highlighted AVG… see this picture…
