The virus has pretty much blocked me from my computer. I can get on the internet but I’ve tried downloading Malware but it won’t allow me to install it. I just don’t know what to do.

Should i turn off window firewall function or run both of it??can suggest the best way for me..thanks for the attention…..

Why does this box keep popping up?! I exit out, then a few seconds later, it comes back.
