Every time we try to send an email, the little box comes up in the lower right corner saying something may not be good. Do you want to allow or block. This has been happening since we installed the Micro trend.

Well, I think I may have a keylogger installed on my computer, Is Trend Micro Pc-Cillin Internet Security 14 good at detecting and deleting keyloggers and other viruses?

it says its a generic type
and its in c:\programfiles\commonfiles\windowsliveinstaller\msisources\
i looked for this folder and i cant find it
how do i get rid of it? any ideas?

What do I do? Trend Micro can’t fix the problem. If I delete it, would that screw up my computer? Do any of you have the same problem? I have windows vista home premium also.
