Well this is not the usual ‘find control panel’ situation.
Basically i went to control panel, uninstall program, and clicked uninstall for MapleStory, but it showed ‘ERROR CODE = -40. UNINSTALLATION FAILED’, and then random numbers behind it. Other people have had this problem, but i’m having difficulty getting a direct answer.
