Changing Vista from Korean to English?

I bought a new Samsung laptop with Vista Home Premium.

When I loaded it up, it had the option of English or Korean so I chose English. I then did a complete restore with the Samsung program. After that, it wouldn’t let me choose the language and changed it automatically to Korean.

There must be a way to get everything back to English if it changed it from English to Korean.

By the way, please don’t say “control panel -> regional settings -> blah blah blah”. That changes some things like keyboard, but not the operating system.

      Seriously it’s not possible unless you install an english version of windows again. Sorry
