Cleaning inside the LCD monitor!!?

Hi,

I got some dust particles inside my LCD screen. I opened it up and remembered that I should not touch the LCD surface. I need to get the dust off both the white background and the LCD. How do I do it? Can I use some kind of cotton swab? or a clean cloth? I don’t have a air blower :( The warrenty was 3 months. And I am able to totally remove it and fix it again. No problem.. just tell me what I can use to clean the back of the LCD (on many sites it they say never touch the inside area of the LCD panel
