cloning hard drives with norton 14.0?

I used to use a norton ghost 2003 to clone hard drives now i have a dell vostro 200 that the bios wont support it i got norton ghost 14.0 which is supposed to be the newest version i assumed this would work but i cant seem to find the clone feature it looks to me like its meant just to back up on cds and system restores
