COD5 XAudio2_0.dll problem?? Wont start COD. PLEASE HELP ME!!!?

every time i try to start COD5 i get this error:

ive tried installing the patch and ive reinstalled the entire game. i tried setting my sound to 48000hz and 44100hz and ive tried setting my resolution to 800 x 600, just like the COD support website said to. no luck. still wont start. can someone PLEASE help me
