Comcast won’t let me download Norton Anitvirus?

I'm trying to renew my subcription to Norton Antivirus. The only problem is whenever I try to access any website related to Norton…

www.symantec.com

or

www.norton.com

I get Comcast's instalation software page. I called Comcast and they were (of course) no help, and I was then told to call Norton which has an estimated wait time of 30 min.

30 MINUTES!

I could always go to their online chat except I can't access the website!

Someone please help.
