Comodo Firewall Pro problems?

I have the free Comodo firewall pro version 3.0. It has been working fine until yesterday when I updated it, then my internet was saying limited or no connectivity. I disabled Comodo and now my internet is working again. How can I fix Comodo so that I can keep it enabled and be able to connect to the internet?
