Compare McAfee Security Center ($69) VirusScan2009 ($30), Internet Security ($35), and Total Protection ($40)?

McAfee is offering me a rebate on Security Center for my new computer, but it's not clear what that includes. The price quote is $69.99 without the rebate. The McAfee website lists a comparison of VirusScan 2009, Internet Security 2009, and Total Protection 2009. Each of these costs less than the "Security Center" offered to me. Please clarify. Thank you.
