norton 2009 has by far the best about 5 mins with pulse updates and new unknown malware then onecare and mcafee last

Norton 2009 is the fastest but McAfee is the safest and best one I have tried.

I have had McAfee security on my PC and it was a complete nightmare to get rid of! ;(
I installed Norton Security and it’s been a dream !
I had McAfee pre-installed on my PC when i first bought it,but when i got the Web,i wanted to get rid of it (as it’s cr*p;)! and install Norton instead.
I didn’t get any good protection from McA as i was still getting high risk Security alerts even when i was getting downloads.
I got rid of McA eventually.
Norton Security is what i have had for nearly two years now and i’ve been very happy with it.
I get updates very often.
Normally when i turn on my PC and a few times while i’m online doing my work.
It doesn’t interfere with waht i am doing at all.I just get a little pop-up box in the right hand corner of my Taskbar screen asking me if i want to install the lateset updates.
If i want to do it then,..i choose yes(which i always do!) or tick NO for later on.
It will connect with Symantec’s Server to check for updates and download/install them.
It takes about five minutes and will tell you when it’s finished & what it has updated.
I reccomend Norton to anyone who wants something that actually works and is easy to understand.
Norton Help online is very very good,..i’ve rung them up before and they do go out of there way to get you’re problems solved!

Microsoft updates will be downloaded to the time you set it on you’re system.
I have mine done everyday at three,..if there are any,it will install them,.. and sometimes i may have to re-start my PC cause certain type ’s of updates need this to work properly.
Updates are very easy to do once you know what you are doing,..i find them SO easy ,…they just do there job while i continue wuith mine!
