i have defender pro 15 in 1. i am having problems with my antivirus. it keeps turning off. every time i turn my computer on, a balloon pops up saying that my antivirus is turned off and i need to turn it on. i click to turn it on, but it won't turn on. the other night i reinstalled it and it was on, but then it was off again when i turned my computer on again. how can i fix this? i want to fix it to where my antivirus stays on. what do i do?
i have all ther block-up popper software installed and working as well as privacy surf and everything else including a firewall. the only problem is the antivirus turning itself off. the antivirus should be up to date since i just bought defender pro 15 in 1 late last year. i bought it about 6 months ago.

but if u baught it then i dono try reinstalling it and follow all steps AND RESTART WHEN ASKING cuz that rly important

Step 1: Make sure that you have an up to date antivirus program. If you don't, install AVG.
Step 2: Visit the Google Pack website, and use it to download Spyware Doctor.
Step 3: Download and install ThreatFire.
Step 4: Make sure to use Mozilla's Firefox from here on out. Also, install the Adblock Plus add-on for it.
Step 5: Make sure that you have a firewall program on your computer. If you don't, install Comodo.
These 5 simple steps should help you solve your problem.

try another anti-virus like kaspersky or avast but not avg
