Ok every time I turn on my computer it says windows has found a serious error and I click more detials and files included and it says——– C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERddd8.dir00\Mini062908-02.dmp—–and there is one other file I forgot to write down. If there is any way to fix this please say so.

Download ccleaner and install it, then run cleaner icon, then run issues icon. The files you are talking about are probably being referenced in the windows registry.
The directory you have listed up to the temp directory is where programs you install temporarily load their file before installing the program. A lot of crap gets left behind and not deleted from the temp directory. You can see the document directory, the other ones a hidden,
