Computer Error avawcdjp.dll ?

I Need some help when i start my computer im coming up with an error telling me that a specific module could not be found C/windows\system32\avawcdjp.dll. Does any one know what this file does ? I recently was infected well still kind of am with a vundo virus infection which is also stoping me from running windows update. Is this a valid windows file or something to do with the virus
