Computer is slow.?

Okay. Idk want any answers saying what i JUST said I did. :___: So please. I'm getting so frustrated with my computer cause i got it last Christmas, and it was just fine. (I have vista) and lately..my internet is taking FOREVER to load pages with lots of graphics. ( I have charter internet, high speed cable internet) And i don't think its my computer..but i have noticed slight slowness. I have no idea what it would be though. Cause i have anti virus programs, spyware programs..I've used disk cleanup..defrag..cleaned out temp files…All that stuff you normally do..and I have 1GB of Ram and have used 30% of my C drive…>__> I have plenty of memory so I have no idea why its doing this….(Im thinking that it might be i have a slower cable modem..like there are some like 735kb cable modem and all..) Please help!
